    Shipping:

- Unless otherwise stated, shipping is included in the price posted.  Continental USA only.  All items ship insured. 

- Freight Shipments. If the item is shipped by freight you will have to be present at the time of delivery. They will call you 1 or 2 days in advance to set an appointment. Items will be delivered curbside. They do not take them inside your house, remove pallets or any other wrapping materials. Basic assembly will be required in most cases and tools and instructions will be provided. 

- Inside Delivery. Extra charges will apply if you want inside delivery or assembly. These charges are payable to the shipping company directly. In case you want us to coordinate any of these services for you just let us know. We will prepare an all inclusive quote to your specifications.

- Redirections. Additional charges will apply in case the shipment needs to be redirected to a different address. These charges are payable to the freight company and are the customer's responsibility.

- Inaccessible/rural areas. Additional charges will apply to deliveries to inaccessible areas like narrow streets, rural areas, islands or similar. Allow more time for delivery to take place if this applies to your case.  Please contact us at 480-941-8192 if you need more information.       

- White Glove Delivery. Items shipped by Plycon, Ukay or similar will be blanket wrapped and set inside your house. Assembly and removal of cartons is included. These items will incur in a surcharge but we will absorb some of the cost. We carry just a few of these. 

- Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will be extra. International customers pay all customs fees. Please check with your local Customs authority for charges and restrictions when importing from US. For shipments to Canada we recommend FedEx and UPS brokerage services. We also work with some manufacturers based in Canada. In this case all you would pay is the posted price. Shipping would be included.  

- Items in stock usually ship within 7-10 days. Transit time depends on the on the shipping method used. Individual small pieces will ship by regular carrier like UPS or Fedex. Larger items will go by freight on a pallet. Please note most freight companies do not deliver on weekends. Back ordered pieces will take up to 8-10 weeks to ship but in many cases it could be less. Let us know prior placing your order and we will provide a more accurate time of arrival. Custom order items shipping will be 8-10 weeks. Allow 10 days to be transported after it is received in the warehouse. We will always try to expedite your order if possible. You will receive a tracking number for your order as soon as it leaves the warehouse. 

- Delays are expected around the following dates. Last 2 weeks of December and 1st week of January as all companies try to adjust to the high traffic of the season (Christmas). End of January / Beginning of February as the Chinese celebrate New Year and factories close. European products will take longer to be received during the summer months. They take vacation time seriously in Europe and production stops for 3-4 weeks in most cases. Please plan ahead and take these dates into consideration when placing an order. We will be happy to check if you have any questions.

- ETA or Estimated Time of Arrival is a good faith estimate provided by the importer/manufacturer. Several parties are involved in the production and distribution of the items we sell. Factories, international freight companies and domestic ones might experience delays due to many factors. Also US Customs might hold a load for inspections. Always keep in mind that an ETA is just an estimate (90% of the times is accurate).  

- Sorry, we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes.

- Cancellations. If you wish to cancel your order prior to delivery, please contact us. Orders cancelled after they have been shipped will incur our restocking fee of 15% on items coming via UPS or FedEx, and 20% for items coming via Freight. Custom orders will incur a 30% restock fee if cancellation is requested after 72 hours from the time the order is made, and are not returnable for any reason other than defect.

- When receiving your shipment, please check for any damages to the boxes prior accepting delivery. Note to the driver any visible tears, punctures, water damage or any other problems. You can also ask to make sure the merchandise is ok before they leave. In most cases they will be willing to wait until you check all is fine. In the event of damaged merchandise and/or packages do not accept delivery. Please contact us at 480-941-8192. You will be sent a replacement at no cost to you. If damages are discovered after delivery, please notify us ASAP. Pictures of the problem are greatly appreciated and very helpful for us when documenting a claim.
