It is our goal to provide a hassle free shopping experience to our clients. Please read this policy in full prior to placing your order and let us know if you have any questions:

- We do not charge restocking fees on returns. However, as shipping is included in the purchase price, the client will be responsible  for shipping charges if the item is returned.  You will be issued a credit for the purchase price minus actual shipping charges (original shipping to you / and return shipping).

- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.  Please make sure to open and inspect all the items upon arrival.

- If for any reason (including change of mind)  you would like to return your item please email orders@2bmod.com for a return authorization. Item must be in new resalable condition with it's original package. Please do not discard the package until you have confirmed that you want to keep the item. We might require a picture of the cartons to authorize a return.

- Once a Return has been authorized: Items must be returned in the same method that it was shipped to you. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding return shipping costs.  Items must ship insured.  Tracking must be provided.

- Items damaged by improper use or neglect can not be returned. Custom orders, vintage pieces and floor models are not refundable. Items sold as final sale can not be returned. 

- Restocking fees will apply to items that are returned with open cartons or with used / unwrapped merchandise. Open carton or used items will not qualify for our no restocking fee policy. Please make sure to describe the item condition in detail when contacting for a Return Authorization. 2b mod will refuse a return without cartons. Items must be in a carton designed to protect the item in transit. We can not move or accept items in incorrect packing.
Please do not discard the package until you have confirmed that you want to keep the items.

- IMPORTANT: most returns can be avoided by asking the pertinent questions. Please do not assume anything: Ask the questions before you place the order. If you are ordering multiple pieces: please request a swatch or a single piece as a sample. Do not order multiple pieces to try. It is expensive to move multiple items: shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. Please understand there is a risk in ordering large / heavy furniture items online without seeing them before.

- 2b mod will not be responsible for fitting issues if the pertinent questions have not been asked prior placing the order. Example: If you are making a set of items (dining set, living set) composed by items from different brands: please make you to ask all the important questions like distance between legs, table top height, etc. Request a swatch or sample before you you purchase. It is the client, or designer who specifies the items. 2b mod is not an interior designer or provides design advise, we just sell furniture products. Please make sure to confirm that the items are compatible with each other. Items from different brands will have different finish (even when described as the same name: EG, walnut, black leather, etc). Please try to specify items from the same brand if you want them to perfectly match.

- Designers working in public spaces:  An interior designer, architect or business owner working in a public space (restaurant, school, hospital, casino, hotel, etc) on which commercial grade items are desired: Please ask the specific questions on each item that you plan to specify (weight limit, warranties, fire rating, UL Listing, etc). 2b mod sells both Commercial and Not Rated for Commercial products. The designer must not assume that a product is commercially viable without asking us the pertinent questions. We will put it in writing in your receipt. 2b mod will not be responsible for Not Rated Commercial items placed in public spaces. This is ultimately the designer and the business owner's responsibility.

-In the rare event that we have a product being returned for  manufacture  issues you will be fully refunded.  We are proud to say that we have had just a few of these situations in the past 9 years. We had cases of returns because a wrong color was ordered, mistakes in measurements or a whole different item was received. But rarely this has happened based on quality.  The fact is that if this happened just in a small percentage, our business would be impossible. We avoid lower quality items that bring this kind of situation to us.

- In the event your item is missing parts, we will send them to you at no cost. Defective parts will be replaced in the same way.

- If you have received a wrong item item or color, please contact us. You will be sent the correct item at no cost to you and a call tag will be set up for the wrong product. 

- Cancellations. If you wish to cancel your order please contact us. Please read details bellow:

1- Regular orders (excluding special orders) can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Please note that if the items have shipped, client is responsible for shipping charges. 

2- Special Order or Custom Items can not be cancelled.

3- Important. If you have the statement: "no returns allowed" on your receipt (due to a low / one time pricing extended,  final sale, liquidated item, or a similar situation) this cancels our 7 day return policy. No returns will be accepted in this special scenario. No exceptions.

Dear clients we rarely have any issues due to returns. We have one of the most transparent | public return policies in the industry. In almost 10 years in this business we have rarely had any problems due to returns or the quality of what we we sell. Buy with confidence and remember: We are here to help you. Please ask all the questions you might have before you place the order.
