- Returns are allowed within 10 days of delivery.

- If for any reason you would like to return your item please contact us at 480-9418192 for a return authorization. Include the reason of the return. Item must be in new resalable condition with it's original package. We charge 15% on items shipped by Fedex or similar and 20% on those shipped by Freight. Upon inspection you will be refunded minus the restocking fee. Items damaged by improper use or neglect can not be returned.

-If the return is not based on a quality issue or freight damage the customer is responsible to ship back the product to the manufacturer. The same shipping method must be used to return the items(s). Items must be returned insured and with a company that provides tracking numbers.

-Items should be returned to the manufacturer/shipper. Please do not ship to 2b mod. Please contact us to receive instructions and shipping address.

-In the rare event that we have a product being returned for quality issues, it will be retired form the website until the problem is resolved. We are proud to say that we have had just a few of these situations in the past 3 years. We had cases of returns because a wrong color was ordered, mistakes in measurements or a whole different item was received. But rarely this has happened based on quality. A quality based return is very hurtful to the retailer as we must  refund the customer 100%  and then absorb all expenses related with this problem (credit card fees, shipping, etc). Lastly and most important, we will end up loosing you as a customer. The fact is that if this happened just in a small percentage, our business would be impossible. We avoid lower quality items that bring this kind of situation to us.

- In the event your item is missing parts, we will send them to you at no cost. Defective parts will be replaced in the same way.

- If you have received a wrong item item or color, please contact us. You will be sent the correct item at no cost to you and a call tag will be set up for the wrong product.

-Most products come with a 1 year manufacturer warranty. Please ask, as we deal with different companies and they all have different policies.

-Custom orders, vintage pieces and floor models are not refundable. 

-Always request detailed information about our products. We will send you actual product pictures and material samples so you can make sure of the quality and integrity of our pieces. Of course, you are welcome to visit our small showroom in Downtown Scottsdale to see our always changing display models.
